Liability Release Form
Our liability release form is required to be signed by all members when they join the club.
Meeting Absence Form
Members are required to attend club meetings to stay informed on aircraft status and club changes. If you are unable to make a meeting for any reason, please fill out the below form.
Overnight Rental Request Form
If you are looking to take our aircraft on a flight for longer than 24 hours, or overnight, then you must submit a XC request form in advance to the officers for approval.

Fuel Reimbursement Form
Purdue Pilots reimburses our members for fuel and oil expenses charged away from West Lafayette at a rate not exceeding that here at our base airport.
